-These are not meant to be on 24/7 and please dont sleep in these or wear them for long periods because they not real braces .
-they are adjustable , if the the braces feel too tight please adjust wires & brackets to fit your teeth perfectly .
-Once adjusted properly cut off any extra wire so that it don't poke / stab you in the gum
